COPYRIGHT & CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Because Luxury Richland operates professionally in the commercial content market, copyright and intellectual property compliance are extremely important to us.
When you submit footage for purchase, you must have the legal authority to sell or license that footage.
For footage purchased by Luxury Richland under an agreement that transfers exclusive rights or copyright ownership, the rights specified in that agreement will apply.
After such a transfer, the creator may not independently resell, redistribute, upload or make the same footage available through stock marketplaces, free-download websites or other platforms where doing so would conflict with the rights granted to Luxury Richland.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that all submitted footage is genuinely original and does not infringe the copyright, privacy, trademark or other rights of third parties.
Any intentional duplicate submission, unauthorized resale or redistribution of footage after an applicable exclusive rights transfer may result in termination of the creator relationship and may lead to legal action or other remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.
IMPORTANT — Please submit only footage that you fully own or have the legal authority to license or sell.
